Q : What if my clothes are damaged or loss?
A : Your clothes are in safe hands and incidents of damage are extremely rare – but we understand it’s a natural point of concern. That’s why we’re fully insured!
In the (very, very) rare event your item is damaged, we’ll reimburse you in accordance with our compensation policy that is pay according to the actual damage, but maximum 10 times of the laundry charge per unit and not responsible for shrinkage, color fastness. We also do not take responsibility for items not be cleared within 30 days.
Q : How long does it take for you to clean my clothes?
A : We aim to clean your clothes to a professional standard and get them back to you all within 1 day. If you’d prefer we went a little faster or slower then that’s not a problem – just let us know when you want your clothes back.
Some items can take a little longer than 1 day e.g. dry cleaning clothes, however. We currently aim to complete within 3 days.
