Q : Are there any clothes you cannot clean in a Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold?
A : Please don’t add silk, leather, fur, velvet or cashmere or any dry clean only items to your Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold order as they aren’t typically suitable for machine washing or tumble drying.
Bedding, towels or large items should also be removed and ordered separately; as such large items can prevent a good quality of cleaning.
Q : Can I include knitwear?
A : We recommend ordering knitwear separately, as it is not tumbledry friendly. We do not accept responsibility for any damage caused to items which are unsuitable for a wash and dry.
Q : Even underwear and socks?
A : Yes, but we will charge per Loading by 1 loading can be washed 4 Kg, and if it is more than 4 Kg we will count per Kg.
Q : Do I need to sort my clothes into colors and whites?
A : Don’t worry about sorting clothes – we’ll do that for you. All you need to do is make sure you don’t include dry clean items with a Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold order.
Q : Do you dry my clothes?
A : Yes, all clothes in a Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold order are tumble dried at a medium heat. Please make sure your clothes are tumble dry friendly!
Q : Does this include ironing?
A : No. Items are folded, but not ironing.
Q : How many pieces of cloth in 3 kg?
A : It depends on the type and size of the garment itself. For general clothes approximately 15-20 pieces (mainly clothing weight is 300-600 grams).
Q : How much does it cost, if I have to wash a few pieces less than 3 kg?
A : If you have to wash a few pieces or less than 3 kg, we will calculate the price between wash per piece AND wash per kg/loading (underwear or socks), and choose a lower price for you.
Q : What if there’s no care label?
A : We’ll discuss with you how we think the item should be cleaned and confirm you’re happy to continue. Please note we do not accept responsibility for items without care labels.
